Will the AI invent cases?
No. AI summaries are grounded in your saved data only, with mandatory source references and a DRAFT label. We never call external case databases for AI output.
Are judge private notes safe?
Yes. Judge private notes are invisible to researchers, workspace admins, and super-admin. Access requires explicit break-glass with audit-logged reason.
Can researchers be deactivated without losing their work?
Yes. Deactivating a researcher revokes their login but preserves every attribution. Their research stays searchable as "Researched by <Name> (FORMER)".
Is data isolated per workspace?
Every query is filtered by workspace_id. Cross-workspace leaks are impossible by design. Audit logs capture every sensitive action.
What about my dropdown values?
Every workspace has its own master lists. Add a new court or judge once and it appears in every future dropdown for your team.
